GUILT BY ASSOCIATION: Debut CD Out Now

November 16, 2006

GUILT BY ASSOCIATION (a.k.a. GBA) has just released its debut CD, "Living In Silence", through the Monroe Entertainment Group.

Hot on the heels of the group's participation in MTV's "Battle for Ozzfest", this Chatsworth, CA-based four-piece rockcore outfit has been meticulously refining its unique blend of hard rock and metalcore while creating an over-the-top, explosive live show that has been winning over audiences.

The album, which was self-produced in only five days, effectively captures the raw energy and rough edges that define GBA's sound. Lyrically, the band evokes the listener with an unapologetic glimpse into the darker side of human consciousness with themes of lies, deception, murder, break-ups and rape.

GUILT BY ASSOCIATION has already shared the stage with some of metal's finest, from thrash metal pioneers MOTÖRHEAD and '80s metal legends SKID ROW to the new crop of metal stalwarts such as A STATIC LULLABY, THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN, DROWNING POOL and SALIVA. GBA has toured across the U.S. performing nightclubs and colleges as well as prominent metal festivals such as the Delicious Rox Festival at the Missouri State Fairgrounds.

The band, led by founding guitarist/vocalist J.D. Bouck and sister Britt Bouck on bass/vocals, also features axe-grinder Adrian Boisclair and skin-slammer Ryan Griffith.
